An Alameda heating and cooling company.
ForgeLine Designs & HVAC Solutions looks after homes and businesses across Alameda and the inner East Bay.
Respect the building. Replace the system.
Old houses and old buildings are worth keeping. Their heating systems usually aren't. We take out what's past its time — carefully, with the asbestos question answered first — and put in modern equipment that fits around the fir floors, the plaster and the brick.
Where an original register or grille can stay, it stays. Where a duct has to go through a wall, it goes where you won't see it.
